What's included in Essential and Advanced, how event-based pricing works, and how to check your plan.

Helpie Event uses simple, event-based pricing with two paid tiers. Here’s what each tier includes and how to find out which one you’re on.
Two tiers: Essential and Advanced
Helpie Event has two paid plans. Both include the core platform — mobile app, admin console, and Excel data export. The difference is in the depth of customisation, team size, and support level.
What’s in both tiers
• Direct (manual) lead entry
• Badge scanning at partner events
• Business card scanner (AI-powered, works offline)
• QR VCF reader
• Privacy consent capture
• Lead prioritisation (star flagging)
• Pre-configured follow-up modes and follow-up date setting
• Email follow-up from the app
• Admin console with dashboard, reports, and Excel export
What Advanced adds
• Custom Data Modules — Create unlimited qualification questions tailored to each event. Essential uses pre-configured modules only.
• Custom assignees — Add your own assignee names (people or offices responsible for follow-up). Essential uses defaults only.
• Custom follow-up modes — Define your own follow-up action types beyond the defaults.
• Unlimited users — Add your entire booth team. Essential allows up to 3 users.
• Voice notes and photo notes — Capture richer context during interactions.
• WhatsApp follow-up — Send templated WhatsApp messages from the app. Essential supports email only.
• Longer post-event access — 7 or 14 days after the event ends. Essential provides 3 days.
• Priority support — Email, WhatsApp, and phone. Essential provides email support only.
How pricing works
One subscription = one event. A 3-day exhibition, a 1-day conference, or a multi-day roadshow each count as one event.
Pricing varies by:
• Tier — Essential or Advanced
• Event type — Exhibition, conference, custom event, roadshow
• Volume — Companies attending 3 or more events per year qualify for our Super Exhibitor plan with better rates

Super Exhibitor plan
If your company attends 3 or more events per year, the Super Exhibitor plan gives you discounted per-event pricing. Events in the bundle don’t expire — use them whenever you’re ready.

Want to try before you buy? Our trial gives you full Advanced-tier access with a demo event. Unlimited interactions during the trial. Data export is limited to a format preview so you can see what the output looks like.

How to check your plan
If you’re unsure whether you’re on Essential or Advanced, the simplest check: go to App Content → Data Modules. If you can create custom modules, you’re on Advanced. If you see only pre-configured modules with no option to create new ones, you’re on Essential.
