1.4 Console overview — what’s where
A quick guide to every section in the admin console navigation (sidebar).

Each section has a specific job.
• Dashboard — Your at-a-glance view. Total events, active users, interactions, companies, and recent activity. Use date filters and the event selector to focus on a specific event.
• Events — Lists all events linked to your account with dates and status. Verify your upcoming event is set up correctly here.
• App Content — Where you configure what your booth team sees in the app:
◦ Data Modules — Your custom qualification questions.
◦ Message Templates — Email and WhatsApp follow-up templates.
◦ Assignees — People responsible for follow-up (e.g., regional sales managers).
◦ Follow-Up Actions — Next steps your team can assign (e.g., send sample, schedule call).
◦ Consent From Prospect — Privacy consent settings for data protection compliance.
• Users — Add, enable, or disable booth team members. Check their access to specific events.
• Event Results — Your captured data:
◦ Interactions — Every conversation your team recorded, with full details.
◦ Companies — Aggregated view by company name.
• Reports — Visual charts showing how leads are being captured (card vs badge vs manual), activity by event day, and user performance.
• Help — You’re here. Articles, guides, and support contact.
• Integrations — CRM connections and other integrations.
• Settings — Account preferences including data visibility controls and email/WhatsApp feature toggles for users.
