4.3 What your users can do during the post-event access period

What’s available after the event ends and what changes once the access period expires.

After your event ends, your team and you retain access to Helpie for a defined post-event period (typically 7 days). Here’s what everyone can and can’t do.

What your users CAN do after the event ends

  • View, edit, delete all their existing interactions

  • Add new interactions

  • Add notes (text, photo, voice) to existing interactions

  • Send follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages

  • Call visitors from inside the app

  • Capture new interactions (including business card scanning)

What you CAN do as admin

Edit the lead essentials (company, name, job title, email, phone) of any interaction in the console

Export all data via the EXPORT feature

View reports and dashboard

The deadline

Encourage your team to capture any remaining interactions before the access period ends. After the deadline, the event is locked and Data Modules go silent.
