6.2 Data ownership: your data is yours

This is simple and non-negotiable: the data your team captures using Helpie belongs to you. Not to us.

What this means

• Export anytime — You can download all your data as an Excel file whenever you want, during your subscription period.

• Delete anytime — You can delete your data from our servers. Once deleted, it’s gone.

• Take it anywhere — The exported Excel file works with any CRM, email tool, or spreadsheet application. There is no lock-in.

Can we host data on our own server?

Helpie is a cloud-hosted platform. We don’t offer on-premise deployment. However, your data is always exportable, encrypted, and under your control.

If you have specific data residency requirements, contact us to discuss.

What happens after your subscription ends?

We don’t delete your data immediately when a subscription or access period expires. Your data remains on our servers per our retention policy. If you need a late export, contact us.
