5.1 Managing your Admin Account
What you can change yourself, what Helpie manages for you, and how to request account-level changes.

As the Account Admin, you have control over your profile and certain console settings. Some things are managed by Helpie on your behalf.
What you can change
• Passcode — Click “Click to change your passcode” on your Profile page to update it.
• Settings — Under Settings in the sidebar, you can toggle:
◦ Hide past data visibility — users will only see data from the current event
◦ Lock email functionality — prevents users from sending follow-up emails
◦ Lock WhatsApp functionality — prevents users from sending WhatsApp messages
Changes to these settings take effect when users tap Sync Now in the app.
What you can see on your Profile
Your Profile page (click your name at the bottom of the sidebar) shows:
• Admin Name
• Account Role (Primary Account Admin)
• Username
• Account Start Date and End Date
What Helpie manages for you
The following are managed by the Helpie team, not from the console:
• Creating and provisioning events for your account
• Account plan and subscription management
• Billing and invoicing
• Account start and end dates

Console access
Currently, each Helpie account has one admin with console access. Multiple admin access is on our roadmap.
If your organisation needs more than one person to view the console, contact us to discuss options.
